ABOUT ME
Jacqueline Siempelkamp, MS, NCC, LPC
I am a St. Louis native who found my way back to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan area after graduating from Villanova University with my Master's degree in Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (licensed in Connecticut, Delaware, Missouri, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania), I have experience working with clients of all ages. I enjoy working with children as young as 4, adolescents, college-age clients, and adults alike. I am equipped to help clients who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anger, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, body image, eating habits/behaviors, divorce, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, relationships, behavioral concerns, sexuality and gender exploration (LGBTQIA+), academic or school issues, and phase of life adjustment or transitions.
My office is a safe space for all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation; everyone is welcome here. I believe that everyone is human first, and no two people are alike. I use an individualized approach to best suit my clients' needs. I enjoy using various treatment modalities; I will most often pull from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work diligently to facilitate a strong therapeutic bond and create a safe, nonjudgmental space with every interaction. I support collaboration with parents, professionals, and others in the community to effectively help my clients achieve goals and facilitate change in their own lives. It takes a village and I am here to be part of yours.
